Don't Ride the Centaur

I think something is wrong with my tamer.  I mean, he's finally adjusting and settling in here, which is great.  But he's still acting really strange.  I just don't understand him.

He is still so easily scared.  And considering what he is, I'm not sure why.  He's a robot, has a weapon, and is really strong.  I've been told he's fought before, but I just can't see it with how he acts.  And that worries me.  When the going gets tough, I want him to be with me, not running off blindly and hurting himself.

I can't even figure out what makes him like this either, because he won't talk to me about it when I ask.

Is there anyone out that knows enough about Robot Master programming to see if there's something wrong with him out there?  Someone that wouldn't mind helping my tamer?
